At Daynees, we want you to love every piece you bring into your home. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, shopping with us is risk-free and easy.
You have 60 days from the delivery date to request a return. To qualify, items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging. We do not charge any restocking fees.
To start a return, please contact us at info@daynees.com and include your order number. Our team will guide you through the next steps.
Please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your items arrive safely.
If you would like an exchange, simply let us know when contacting us, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, refunds are processed within 7 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, the funds may take additional days to appear in your account.
