Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Every order comes with free shipping. There are no minimums or hidden requirements we just want getting your new home pieces to be easy and stress-free.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days. Your order should arrive within 4–9 business days. As soon as your parcel is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking link so you can follow it in real time.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept American Express, Apple Pay, Diners Club, Discover, Google Pay, Mastercard, Shop Pay, Visa. Each transaction is fully encrypted to ensure your payment information stays secure.
Do you accept exchanges?
Yes, we’re happy to help with exchanges. If an item isn’t quite right, email us at info@daynees.com and we’ll assist you in finding the perfect alternative.
Is my personal and payment information safe?

How long do refunds take?
After we receive and approve your return, refunds are usually processed within 7 business days. Banks or payment providers may take a few additional days to post the funds to your account.
What is your return policy?
Changed your mind? You have 60 days from delivery to return items. Simply contact us at info@daynees.com and we’ll walk you through the process step by step.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship only within Ireland. Our goal is to provide the best possible service locally. If we expand to other regions in the future, we’ll let our customers know first.
Can I update or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, there’s a chance we can make changes or cancel it. Contact us as soon as possible after placing your order, and we’ll do our best to help.
What do I do if my order hasn’t arrived?
First, check the tracking link sent to your email. If it’s been more than 7 business days and your package still hasn’t arrived, reach out to us at info@daynees.com and we’ll investigate promptly.
